‘After completing my studies in Poland and the Netherlands, I was informed of a position with NRG. I was immediately enticed because my work is scientific research, working towards solutions that are immediately applicable in the business world. It is quite rare to be able to combine these disciplines in a single job. So I found the best of both worlds in my work for NRG. At NRG, I am focused on energy systems that require cooling. It might be a nuclear reactor, but might also be a modern, compact heat exchange unit. The greatest challenge for me is to synchronize the scientific and commercial aspects of my work as perfectly as possible. It is very helpful that NRG offers a lot of room for me to put forward my own ideas. It is always appreciated when you think outside of your own field of activity.’
