Procedure

Your first contact will be with one of our Personnel staff members who will act as your point of contact during the selection procedure. When your own characteristics have a good match with our desired candidate profile; then you will be invited for an exploratory discussion.

This discussion is for us to get to know each other and will be held with a potential “future” manager. When we see good possibilities to continue with the recruitment procedure, then there will be further discussions with an NRG Personnel Consultant and possibly with potential future colleagues.

When we are mutually satisfied then we will make an offer and we will also discuss your potential personnel development opportunities.

This will lead to a more extensive opportunity to get to know each other in order to ensure that we both make the right choice.
